Delete Your Account
Use this page to permanently delete your Shunpanda account and personal data — no app install required. You can also do this from the app under Settings → Delete Account.
This cannot be undone. Deleted accounts can't be restored. Any booking in progress or a remaining wallet balance must be resolved first — we'll tell you if that's the case. See our Privacy Policy for what we retain and why.
